Hudson Hale graduated with honors from Cornell University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Horticulture. He was hired by Environmental Care Inc. and worked with them in San Jose, CA until 1982 when he transferred to Palm Springs to help them open a new branch as General Superintendent. His primary responsibilities were overseeing maintenance operations at The Springs Country Club, Eisenhower Medical Center, and Betty Ford Center.
He started Water Wise Landscape in 1987 and specialized in residential landscape design, installation, and maintenance.
Water Wise closed its doors in 1993 and Hudson was hired by Hort Tech Inc. to run maintenance operations at The Lakes Country Club. In 1997 Hort Tech diversified and Hort Tech Landscape Construction was born. Hudson managed the construction division until he purchased it in 2007.
In 2013, Hudson went back to his roots and changed the company name back to Water Wise Landscape specializing in water efficient residential and light commercial design, installation, and maintenance. Current licenses, certifications, and affiliations include
