Other landscapers, when faced with the limited resources in a desert setting, would just give up and design barren, featureless landscapes that don’t use any water. This is not the case with Water Wise Landscape. It’s in our name: we specialize in Water Wise Landscapes that make efficient and sustainable use of available natural resources, in order to create beautiful landscape designs.

There are a number of ways that we can use to create water efficient landscapes, including:

Drip Irrigation – there are a variety of methods to achieve this kind of smart irrigation. But the underlying principle is that we supply only the exact amount of water needed by plants, and deliver it straight to the soil and the roots in small, regular amounts. This way, the plants are only given water exactly when they need it, and in the exact amounts they need. This minimizes any wastage from evaporation or spilling. The end result is that the plants thrive, while conserving water and reducing your utility bills.

Xeriscaping – this is another approach that can be used in lieu or in tandem with drip irrigation. Xeriscaping is the use of plants that are naturally adapted to dry climates. These drought resistant plants do not require too much water. The added benefits is that these types of plants are also tough and do not require as much maintenance.
